1) Order Cancellations & Platform Fees
- A 4% platform fee is non-refundable for all order cancellations.
- If an order is canceled on the website, this 4% fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The 4% fee includes 2% platform charges and 2% payment gateway fees.
- If the parcel has already been packed, packaging charges may apply.
- If the parcel has been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Return to Origin (RTO) & Shipping Charges Policy
When a parcel is returned to the origin (RTO) due to any reason, the customer is responsible for covering both the forward and return shipping costs. These charges apply regardless of the circumstances that led to the failed delivery.
Reasons for RTO:

- If the address provided by the customer is inaccurate, incomplete, or contains errors, the courier may be unable to deliver the package.
- Providing an incorrect phone number may also prevent the courier from contacting the recipient, leading to a failed delivery.

Incomplete Address:
- A vague or incomplete address is one of the most common reasons for shipment failure.
- It is crucial to provide precise details, including apartment numbers, landmarks, street names, and pin codes, to avoid delivery issues.

Customer Unavailability:
- If the recipient is not available at the given address during delivery attempts, the package may be returned.
- In some cases, couriers attempt redelivery, but repeated failures result in RTO.

Courier Policies:
- Delivery personnel may not always call before attempting delivery.
- If access to the location is restricted (e.g., gated communities, offices requiring prior approvals), customers must ensure necessary arrangements are made for successful delivery.
Customer Responsibility & Reshipment Options:
- If a shipment is returned due to any of the above reasons, the customer must bear both the forward shipping charges (initial delivery cost) and the return shipping charges (cost of returning the package to the sender).
- Customers have two options for reshipment:
- Wait for the returned parcel to arrive at the origin and request reshipment (Forward shipping charges must be paid again before dispatch).
- Place a fresh order for faster delivery. Once the original parcel returns to origin, a refund will be processed.
To prevent additional costs and delays, it is essential to provide accurate address details and be available to receive the package.
