Order Modifications & Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
Orders can be modified or cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Returns & Replacements
We request customers to place an order only if they are sure about the part they need, as we do not offer returns in general.
However, returns are accepted only in special cases such as:
- Wrong item sent
- Product received in defective or damaged condition
Important Condition for Returns:
To claim a return under the above cases, customers must provide a complete and uncut unboxing video starting from the sealed package up to opening the product.
- The video should clearly show the shipping label, sealed packaging, and the entire unboxing process.
- Only after reviewing the video, our team will confirm if the return is applicable.
- Whatsap your Order ID, reason for return, and product images to 9769004646 within 24-48 hours of delivery.
Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Products damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, labels, seals, freebies,box etc.
- Tampered labels / codes.
- Electronics items
- Engine parts
- Used or altered products.
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
- Free products or complimentary items.
- Combo/Gift items (entire set must be returned together).
- Special campaign/clearance/mega-sale items unless stated otherwise.
Free Gifts & Returns
If your order included a gift, it must be returned along with the main item. Refunds/replacements are processed only if both items are returned together.
Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation (Immediately After Ordering)
- If an order is cancelled right after placing it, 4% of the paid amount will be deducted.
- This deduction covers mandatory payment gateway and platform fees.
2. Order Packed but Not Shipped
- If an order is cancelled after it has been packed but before dispatch:

- Packing charges (₹50 – ₹250 depending on product size) will be applied.

3. Order Delivered & Customer Return Request
- If the order has been delivered and the customer wishes to return it:
- 4% deduction (gateway + platform fees), plus
- Forward courier charges will be deducted.
- Customer must return the parcel at their own expense to our origin address.
Important Condition for Returns:

- Only after reviewing the video, our team will confirm if the return is applicable.
4. Undelivered Orders Returned by Courier
If the parcel is returned to us due to reasons such as:
- Incomplete or incorrect address
- Customer not available
- Phone not reachable
- Refusal to accept delivery
Then:
- 4% deduction (gateway + platform fees), plus
- Forward courier charges, plus
- Return courier charges will be deducted from the paid amount.
Caution Cases:
- Sometimes, the courier may accept the shipment but fail to deliver it. In such cases, we will raise a request for return of freight with the courier partner.
- For prepaid orders, customers must not pay any amount to the courier — not even ₹1. If anyone asks you to pay at the time of delivery, please treat it as a scam and report it to us immediately.
- Share your OTP with the courier delivery person only when you physically receive the parcel in hand with the MySpareMarket sticker/label on it.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are initiated only after inspection and confirmation by our team.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days
