Disclaimer regarding KTM products: MySpareMarket is not an official seller, distributor, or service partner of KTM, nor do we operate any authorized KTM service center. Therefore, we cannot provide official guarantees or warranties on KTM products.
With KTM counter sales discontinued, our role is to bridge the availability gap by sourcing genuine parts through suppliers to help customers maintain their motorcycles.
While we strive to offer the lowest possible prices, certain parts sourced from other states may be priced slightly above the printed MRP due to transportation and logistics costs.

9. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction will rest with the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Disputes may be resolved under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
