To make Cash on Delivery (COD) more reliable and reduce order refusals, MySpareMarket offers Partial COD on eligible orders.
1. Eligibility
1. Partial COD is available only on eligible orders up to ₹1,000.
2. Availability depends on the delivery location and courier serviceability.
3. Advance Payment
4. Customers choosing Partial COD must pay a ₹200 advance while placing the order.
5. The remaining amount will be collected by the courier partner at the time of delivery.
6. ₹200 Advance is Strictly Non-Refundable.
The ₹200 advance is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
1. Customer requests cancellation immediately after placing the order.
2. Customer changes their mind after ordering.
3. Duplicate or accidental orders.
4. Order cancellation before dispatch.
5. Order cancellation after dispatch.
6. Refusal to accept the order at the time of delivery.
7. Customer is unavailable during delivery attempts.
8. Incorrect, incomplete, or invalid delivery address or contact details provided by the customer.
9. Delivery failure due to customer-related reasons.
10. Return to Origin (RTO) shipments.
4. Complete Delivery Address
Customers must provide:
- Full name of the recipient.
- Complete delivery address (House/Flat No., Street, Area, Landmark if applicable).
- Correct PIN code.
- Valid mobile number.
Orders with incomplete or incorrect details may be delayed, cancelled, or returned. The ₹200 advance will remain non-refundable.
5. Open Delivery
- Open Delivery is not available.
- Courier partners do not allow packages to be opened before payment.
- Customers must first complete the payment due at delivery and then open the package.
6. Right to Refuse Partial COD
MySpareMarket reserves the right to:
- Disable Partial COD for customers with repeated order refusals or cancellations.
- Reject Partial COD requests for selected PIN codes or high-risk orders.
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Partial COD facility without prior notice.
8. Customer Acceptance
By selecting the Partial COD payment option and paying the ₹200 advance, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. The ₹200 advance is strictly non-refundable in all circumstances, without exception.
