2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

Delays due to customs, courier, weather, holidays, or other external factors are beyond our control.
3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES:
Any customs duty, VAT, import tax, clearance fee, or other destination-country charges are the buyer's responsibility unless specifically agreed otherwise.
The buyer is responsible for providing required customs information, such as VAT/EORI details, where applicable.
The buyer is responsible for complying with the import regulations of their country.
4. RETURNS, DAMAGE & CANCELLATION:
International orders are generally non-returnable
Any damage or delivery issue must be reported promptly with relevant photos/videos.

Products are sold “as-is” and without warranty or guarantee from MySpareMarket.
MySpareMarket is not an official KTM seller, distributor, or authorized service partner and does not provide official KTM warranty or guarantee.
6. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY:
The buyer is responsible for checking product compatibility and their country's import regulations before ordering.
MySpareMarket is not responsible for customs rejection, import restrictions, or charges imposed by authorities in the destination country.
