Pay After Delivery (UPI Mandate) Policy

To make ordering Genuine KTM Parts easier and more secure, MySpareMarket offers a Pay After Delivery option through UPI Mandate.

How It Works

Place your order using the Pay After Delivery payment option.
Approve the UPI Mandate through your preferred UPI app.
The order amount is placed on hold/reserved as per the UPI Mandate process and is not immediately charged.
Your order is processed, packed, and shipped.
The payment is charged only after successful delivery of the order.

Important Terms

Customer Commitment

By approving the UPI Mandate, you confirm that:

- You have verified that the product ordered is suitable for your bike.
- You intend to accept delivery of the order.
- You understand that MySpareMarket arranges sourcing, packing, processing, and shipping based on your order confirmation.
- You understand that delivery is carried out through third-party courier partners and not directly by MySpareMarket.

Shipping Charges

- Shipping charges displayed at checkout are based on standard estimates.
- In certain cases, shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, package dimensions, weight, remote-area surcharges, or courier partner requirements.
- If any additional shipping charges are applicable, our team will contact you before dispatch for approval and payment of the additional amount.

Order Cancellation

- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch as per our existing Refund Policy.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Applicable deductions and charges, if any, shall be governed by our existing Refund Policy.

Refused Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin) Orders

Customers are requested not to place Pay After Delivery orders unless they are certain about the purchase.

If an order is returned due to any customer-related reason, including but not limited to:

- Refusal to accept delivery
- Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Incorrect contact details provided
- Customer not responding to courier delivery attempts
- Customer not attending courier calls, messages, or delivery notifications
- Any other reason resulting in non-delivery attributable to the customer

Such orders may be treated as RTO (Return to Origin) orders.

In such cases, MySpareMarket reserves the right to recover:

- Forward shipping charges
- Return shipping (RTO) charges
- Packaging and handling charges
- Payment processing charges

These charges may be deducted from the amount held under the UPI Mandate, wherever permitted under applicable payment and banking regulations.

Additionally, MySpareMarket reserves the right to restrict or deny Pay After Delivery services for customers with repeated RTO orders or delivery refusals.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers must ensure that:

The shipping address is accurate and complete.
The contact number provided is active, reachable, and capable of receiving calls and SMS.
The number is not configured in a manner that prevents receiving important courier communications.
Courier calls, OTPs, messages, and delivery notifications are attended to promptly. Courier partners may use automated or system-generated calling services.

Returns & Replacements

Pay After Delivery orders remain subject to MySpareMarket's existing Return, Replacement, Shipping, and Refund Policies.

By selecting the Pay After Delivery option and approving the UPI Mandate, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms mentioned above.
